I can't sleep- yet again.
I find it rather irritating how I have persisted with these late nights out on the town nearly every day now, and the one time I come home to sleep early, I am tossing and turning. Perhaps it is because I have been having a lot of "future" thoughts. You know, kind of like "all my friends are going off to college...and hopefully I got accepted to City Year...what if I didn't?" you know, something along those lines. I will be awake in a couple hours. Taking off to meet Tatiana for coffee. I guess I will attempt one last time to be able to sleep. Goodnight....well, Goodmorning, Rather. Voodoo Doll!
So, in recent news...all the seniors of 2007 sat in on a meeting hosted by City Year (cityyear.org)....basically, a paid community service job. You get to go to elementry and middle schools monday-thursday and help tutor children, and friday have some sort of community enhancing assignment. And at the end of your years service you get aroun 5, 000 Dollars for college. You have to submit an application with two letters of reccomendation, and 3 essays. They accept 1 out of every 4 applications. I'm hoping my being president of Best Buddies will help me. So wish me luck! ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ I have taken up poetry. My first classic is a haiku: "Memory" Candlelit Plush Squirell Why you remain motionless Only time can tell ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ "The L Word" is the best show known to mankind ☆ ☆ ☆ I'm excited for Beauty & The Beast! So, Evan Officially has THE WORST case of Senioritis. ever. Beauty and the Beast is in a few weeks. Fun. I spent My Winter break in San Diego and Kristen's House, haha. I saw Dreamgirls and Pan's Labyrinth, both Good cinema experiences. I saw Monster on DVD. Charlize Theron is an Amazing Actress. I Own a Lava Lamp. I Made a Condom Run for a friend last night...haha...my poor friend, have no fear, i won't reveal your name. :D And I Love Someone. I Love Alot Of People. I Probably Love you too! So, I am working two jobs now. Jamba Juice (again) and Barnes and Noble. It's Cool Though, my social life will Diminish. Shit Happens. Well, as for my last weekend "Fling" (as a Couple of you might know about...) yeah..thats done. ask me about the myspace Bulletin i discovered. And so, I sit here...dying of Heat exhaustion in the Month of November...Trying to think of something to occupy my time... I have my eye on a girl. She has a Boyfriend. No Crown for Evanito. I Tried Calling In Sick to Work. It Didn't Work and I Thought that If I Don't Show I Will be Fired.
